"Title" About Sums Up My State of Mind Right Now

Lord God.

My family has become a target for car accidents. Second one in two weeks. I won't be going to school today; it makes me sick to even consider going, trying to imagine how hard the situation is on my parents.

I wrote one of my teachers, regarding my absence, but it appears my other teacher is a Mystery Professor; I can't find a hint of her contact information anywhere. And her class is the full one, the one I'm worried I need to show up for if I want to stay in.

Oh well. It was my decision to stay home and I'll have to take it like a man. Even though I'm totally not one.

::sighs::

I'm sorry this is so late--I hope that no one had been harmed in either of the two accidents D:!!

Ugh, and school always ends up complicating things in situations like these. The recent accident is above any blame that you could possibly (and wrongfully) bring upon yourself, Selah; your decision to commute is never a culpable one, even in light of the most difficult situations, or else it would never have been an option, at all <3.

Your professors should understand. This IS a family emergency, after all, and if your reasonings alone couldn't convince them of that, then their remorse for the notion of ever having thought otherwise should be enough to allow you one day, at least. XD It's all psychological, you see! I kid, I kid ;).

Really, though, as trite as it sounds, "everything will work out."

My best wishes for the well-being of your family! It seems as though no one was seriously harmed, but even still, I sincerely wish the best of your family's welfare <3!

ps--I haven't read pt 2 of "Roman Holiday", yet! I'm saving it for the weekend as incentive for a week of diligent studying XD!

Aaah! I can't wait!

:) Stay strong, as you are!

Everyone, blessedly, was uninjured and all right. It was scary, but we managed. But it turned out that I didn't have to worry about missing classes - I dropped them the same day, because things were too mixed up for me to continue with it. That was a strange day.

Thank you so much for your words! It's odd how the most trite saying turn out to be the most true? Everything truly did turn out all right. I guess common sayings had to come start somewhere, xD

Hope school is treating you well! :D
